India strongly supports ecotourism development projects in two provinces in Cambodia

India has expressed support for ecotourism community development projects in two provinces, Kampong Thom, and Prey Veng. This is according to the result of the meeting between HE Sok Soken, Minister of Tourism and HE Dr. Devyani Khobragade, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

India has supported Cambodia’s tourism development projects, including three Quick Impact Projects (QIPs), including: 1) “Developing mobile applications to promote community and ecotourism” 2) “Promoting ecotourism activities” In Phat Sanday ecotourism community in Kampong Thom province “and 3)” Promoting the development of Boeung Sneh ecotourism community in Prey Veng province “.

In addition, the two sides discussed initiatives to create religious and religious tourism packages.
